At age 10, hearing "Smokin' in the Boys Room" made me want to play guitar and sing with a powerful vocal style. Now, at 42, I'm not making much cash, but still having fun along the way. Cub was a major influence toward my delivery and also my appreciation of Rock & Roll, Blues, everything genuine in the world of music.

Unfortunately, I only heard of his death- some 5+ years ago- after logging on to this site late this afternoon. Even though I never met him, he always seemed like a friend, and he always will. I'm sure other fans feel the same way. Being a big music fan, I'm sorry I didn't hear the news right away. They don't publicize much information like that in Mpls/St. Paul.

It's great to see someone keeping his good name alive through a well-designed web site.

I'll be a frequent visitor...
